Who I am
Hi, I'm Nico, founder of Season Collective and a marketer deeply rooted in outdoor culture.
Growing up in the Engadin valley and spending more than a decade teaching skiing, the mountains have always been more than a playground. They shaped how I see people, communities and the relationships that connect them.
Today, that perspective influences how I approach marketing. I believe the strongest brands are built through trust, authenticity and meaningful connections, not just visibility.
What i’ve built
Over the past eight years, I've helped build partnerships, ambassador programs and marketing initiatives across the outdoor, sports and wellness industries.
From managing networks of more than 300 athletes, influencers and ambassadors to developing go-to-market activations across European markets, I've worked on projects that connect brands with real people and real communities.
Working with companies such as Salomon, Blue Tomato and BLACKROLL has given me experience across every stage of the marketing process, from strategy and partnerships to production, activation and execution.

Blackroll
International Marketing Manager
Built and scaled international marketing initiatives across multiple European markets, helping strengthen local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
Led market activations in France, including campaign development, creator collaborations, athlete partnerships and agency coordination. Contributed to the development of marketing structures, channel ownership frameworks and cross-functional processes used across the wider organisation.
Salomon
Sports Marketing Manager
Responsible for the Swiss winter sports ambassador program, managing a network of more than 300 athletes, influencers and shop riders.
Led athlete partnerships, resort collaborations, event activations and campaign productions while working closely with both local and global teams. Managed budgets, stakeholder relationships and community-focused initiatives across the Swiss market.
Started in international marketing with responsibility for email marketing, CRM and onsite marketing across multiple markets before moving into partnerships and cooperations.
Helped build and develop the partner marketing function through brand collaborations, sponsorships, influencer partnerships, content productions and cross-brand campaigns. Also contributed to major cross-department projects, including a complete webshop relaunch and international marketing activations.
