The Challenge
CLWR needed a complete library of photo and video assets for the upcoming FW26/27 Box Kit collection.
The content had to work across multiple channels and touchpoints, from social media and paid campaigns to retail, trade marketing and digital platforms. At the same time, the project needed to capture the relaxed, community-driven spirit that defines the Box Kit line.
Creating Content for an Entire Season
The Approach
The Mountain as the Stage
Rather than focusing purely on product features or technical performance, the concept centred around atmosphere, movement and connection.
The goal was to place a small crew of riders in a raw alpine environment and create content that felt natural, authentic and true to the culture surrounding the brand.
The Engadin provided the perfect backdrop, from the high-alpine terrain of Diavolezza and Corvatsch to the unique setting of the Morteratsch glacier cave.
Big Ideas, Real Impact
My Role
I led the project from initial concept development through to final delivery planning.
Responsibilities included creative direction, budgeting, production planning, location scouting, athlete coordination, team management and on-site production. I also coordinated photographers, filmmakers and ambassadors while ensuring the project remained aligned with both creative and commercial objectives.
Following the shoot, I delivered a content release framework designed to support the rollout of the FW26/27 collection across multiple channels.
From Concept to Delivery
The Outcome
A Content Ecosystem for the FW26/27 Season
Over two production days, the project generated a comprehensive library of photo and video assets designed to support the Box Kit collection throughout the FW26/27 season.
The final content package included lifestyle imagery, riding content, product-focused assets, campaign videos and social-first formats suitable for both organic and paid distribution.
More importantly, the project captured the authentic crew dynamic that sits at the heart of the Box Kit identity.
The riders had never met before the production, yet quickly formed genuine connections that became visible throughout the entire content output.

A Personal note
Why This Project Matters
As someone who grew up in the Engadin, it was particularly rewarding to guide the team through places that have shaped my own connection to the mountains.
Watching a group of riders meet for the first time, build genuine friendships and create memorable moments together became one of the most valuable parts of the project.
Those natural interactions ultimately became the strongest content we produced.
